§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Sévea™ (hereinafter "Seller") at https://sevea.ch. The contracting party is Sévea™, Switzerland, kontakt@sevea.ch.

Deviating terms of the buyer are not recognised unless the Seller expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order (invitatio ad offerendum).

By clicking the "Buy now" / "Order with obligation to pay" button, the buyer submits a binding offer.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and are total prices.

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

  • Switzerland: 5–12 working days
  • Germany/Austria: 7–15 working days

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please see our withdrawal page.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Warranty and Notice of Defects

The statutory warranty rights pursuant to Art. 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) apply. The warranty period is two years from delivery.

§ 8 Limitation of Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage.

§ 10 Dispute Resolution

The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is the Seller's registered office in Switzerland.

§ 11 Applicable Law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

§ 12 Severability Clause

Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
