Order & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other common payment methods. All payments are SSL-encrypted and secure.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@sevea.ch. Once the order has been dispatched, a change is unfortunately no longer possible.
Do I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after a successful order you immediately receive a confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder if you haven't received an email.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7–14 working days for Switzerland, Germany and Austria. After dispatch you receive an email with a tracking number.
From what amount is shipping free?
From an order value of CHF 80 shipping is free.
Do you also deliver abroad?
We currently deliver to Switzerland, Germany and Austria. For other countries, please contact us directly.
Sizes & Fit
How do I find the right size?
On every product page you'll find a detailed size chart with measurements in cm. If in doubt, we recommend choosing one size larger – thanks to our 30-day return, you take no risk.
Do the dresses fit true to size?
This varies by product. You'll find the exact fit (regular fit, slim fit, loose fit) in the respective product description.
Returns & Complaints
How does the return work?
You have 30 days from receipt of the goods. The item must be unworn, with its tag and in its original packaging. Write to us at kontakt@sevea.ch and we'll sort out the rest.
My item is faulty — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at kontakt@sevea.ch with photos of the defect. We'll take care of a solution right away – at our expense.
