Your satisfaction matters to us. That's why we offer you a 30-day right of return – no ifs, no buts.
Requirements for returns
- Item is unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are still attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Return within 30 days of receipt
How the return works
- Send us an email at kontakt@sevea.ch with your order number and the reason for the return
- Within 24h you will receive a confirmation and the return address from us
- Send the item back – return shipping costs are at your expense (except in the case of a faulty delivery)
- After receipt and inspection, we refund the purchase price within 14 days
Exchanges
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
Not eligible for return
- Worn or washed items
- Items without the original tag
- Items older than 30 days
