Delivery times
Once your order is received, it is processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 7–14 working days for Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
Shipping costs
- Orders under CHF 80: shipping costs as shown at checkout
- Orders from CHF 80: Free shipping
Order tracking
After dispatch you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. With it you can track your parcel online at any time.
