Where is my order?
After your order you'll receive a confirmation by email. The delivery time is 7–14 working days. With the tracking number you can follow your parcel at any time.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days to return your dress unworn and with the tag attached. Simply email us at kontakt@sevea.ch and we'll take care of the rest.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other common payment methods.
Do you deliver to Switzerland?
Yes! We deliver to Switzerland, Germany and Austria. Free shipping from CHF 80.
